The facility is in need of major repairs: it requires the replacement of electrical networks, plumbing, sewage systems, heating pipes, windows and doors, as well as the renovation of the flooring with the removal of old tiles.
He also got acquainted with the work of the House of Culture, where the Kaynar Folk Theater, the song and dance ensemble, and the Meyzek children's model ensemble are actively operating. Special attention was paid to the condition of the facilities and the prospects for their modernization.
Among the educational facilities, Nurlan Urankhaev visited the Begalin Secondary School. Currently, 147 schoolchildren and 14 children in the pre-school group study here. The school has 14 classrooms, two of which have been renovated this year. The institution is connected to high-speed Internet. It was instructed to consider the possibility of updating the material and technical base of the institution, as well as attracting additional teachers to improve the quality of education.
Following the visit, Nurlan Urankhayev instructed to step up work on the modernization of social facilities and establish closer cooperation with the population.
"We can no longer postpone solving the accumulated problems. Hospitals, schools, cultural and sports facilities require immediate action. It is necessary to complete the preparation of projects for major repairs and modernization of key facilities as soon as possible. Effectiveness and practical benefits should be visible in each solution. I repeat: Our main priority is the quality of people's lives. All resources should be directed to solving problems quickly and without unnecessary excuses," the mayor said.
To improve the quality of life of the residents of the district, 2,900 meters of street lighting will be installed in 2025. At the moment, a defective certificate has been prepared for the replacement of 20 metal supports and 108 LED lights. To prevent accidents, six Cattle Crossing road signs will be installed along the Semey-Kainar highway in 2025. It is planned to increase the length of snow retention from the current 50 meters to 250 meters. Estimates are being prepared for the repair of six intra-village streets with a total length of 5 km.
