17 billion cubic meters of water have been sent to the Caspian Sea. There are 15.4 billion cubic meters of water in Lake Balkhash and 2.5 billion cubic meters of water in the Northern Aral Sea.
For the first time in 10 years, the Kapchagai reservoir has filled to 100%, collecting more than 18 billion cubic meters of water.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 4.7 billion cubic meters of water have been sent to the lake systems of the Kyzylorda region. 80 million cubic meters of water were sent to the Kamysh-Samara lakes of the West Kazakhstan region.
For the first time, 839 million cubic meters of water were sent from the Ulytau region to the lake systems of the Kyzylorda region through the Sarys River.
