Kuanysh Serkazinovich Suleimenov was born on September 14, 1973 in the town of Sharminsky district of Semipalatinsk region. He graduated from Semey Shakarim State University with a degree in History Teacher, Kazakh State Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence, and Semey Shakarim State University with a degree in Livestock Production Technology. He holds a Master's degree in Livestock Production technology.
He started his career as a coach at the Parus youth club on the staff of the trade union committee of the Shalabai breeding plant in the Zharminsky district of Shalabai village. From 1990 to 1991, he was a graphic designer at the Aua Rai small enterprise in Semey. From 1993 to 1994, he was a logistics forwarder for the Shaizada cooperative in the Zhambyl region. From 1994 to 1995 – Director of the small private enterprise "Gulzhan" in Almaty. From 1995 to 1996, he was the head of the circle at the N.Krupskaya secondary school, Shalabai village, Zharminsky district.
From 1996 to 2001, he was the military supervisor at the N.Krupskaya secondary school, Shalabai village, Zharminsky district. From 2001 to 2006– he was the director of the N.Krupskaya secondary school in the village of Shalabai, Zharminsky district. From 2006 to 2022 – General Director of the Limited liability partnership "Shalabai", in the village of Shalabai, Zharminsky district.
Prior to his current appointment, he served as chairman of the maslikhat of the Abai region.
