Chess: Two-time world champion in blitz chess Bibisara Asaubayeva won the bronze medal at the second stage of the Grand Prix held in Shymkent. The Kazakhstani athlete demonstrated a high level of skill, scoring 2,487 points in nine rounds.

Ice hockey: The national team of Kazakhstan became the winner of the Asian Ice Hockey Championship, which was held in Almaty for the first time. In the final, held at the Halyk Arena, Kazakhstani hockey players won a landslide victory over the Japanese national team with a score of 5:1.

Table tennis: Zhania Bekmukhambetova took third place at the WTT Youth Contender Lignano 2024 international tournament in Italy among players under 13 years old.
