As part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State on improving the quality of education, the Minister of Education held a meeting with the heads of methodological centers.

Gani Beisembayev drew attention to the issues of improving educational and methodological and educational work, and also noted the importance of transforming methodological centers. Today, the Y. Altynsarin National Academy of Education has approved a plan for improving the regulatory and legal framework and modernizing infrastructure.

In Kazakhstan, 20 methodological centers operate at the regional levels, 205 methodological offices under district and city education departments. About 3 thousand specialists work in the methodological service of our country, 55% of whom are in rural areas. "The foundation of quality education is a professionally qualified teaching staff. It is necessary to provide methodological support to teachers, form a strong teacher base, and promote the dissemination of their successful experience among colleagues," the Minister of Education noted. The Minister instructed to strengthen control over the implementation of state initiatives in the field of education, improve the skills of methodological center employees, introduce best practices, and strengthen methodological work at all levels of education.
