Employees of the Department of State Revenues in the Akmola region are actively explanatory work for taxpayers on changes in the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To apply a special tax regime based on a simplified declaration, taxpayers must submit a notice of transition to this regime in the period from January 1 to February 28, 2026 (transition period) in accordance with the provisions of Article 840 of the new Tax Code. Taxpayers who submit such a notice will be recognized as applying the simplified declaration regime from January 1, 2026.

      Automatic notification is implemented:

      1) in the Taxpayer's Office, the information system "Integrated Tax Administration System" in the "Submit Documents" section will be available "Notice of the applicable taxation regime," which taxpayers can send by signing their EDS and through the E-Salyq Business mobile application;

     2) in banking applications of large banks.

     And also presented the possibility of submitting such a notice on paper to the Office of State Revenue at the location.

Business representatives are informed that in order to support entrepreneurs and improve the quality of accounting and tax accounting, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is holding an action "People's Accountant." The promotion is held from January 5, 2026 and will last until June 30, 2026.

        "People's Accountant" is a free advisory assistance for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses.

        In Akmola region, the action is held in the State Department of Internal Affairs in Kokshetau at Kokshetau pr. Nazarbayeva 21A.

Work schedule in the first months of January-February 2026 consultations 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 10:00 to 13:00. Since March 2026, consultations 2 times a week.

Video consultations and telephone communication between district and city departments during reception hours are also provided.

The People's Accountant campaign is a step towards the transition from a control model to taxpayer service support.
