The Minister of Education held a meeting with the heads of the Orleu National Center for Advanced Training JSC, summed up the work of 2024 and identified priority areas of work to be carried out in 2025.

Currently, the organization subordinate to the ministry is conducting courses on the development of subject and digital competencies, inclusive education for preschool, secondary, and special education teachers, depending on their profile services. Last year, more than 80 thousand teachers underwent free advanced training courses, of which 57.8% were teachers from rural schools.
"In accordance with current requirements and trends in the field of education, it is necessary to review the methods of advanced training of teachers and update the course programs. After all, the quality of education is directly related to the professional level of teachers. It is important to exchange experience with the best teachers of the country and provide them with professional support after the course, considering the opportunities for conducting master classes for young teachers," - noted the Minister of Education Gani Beisembayev.
At the end of the meeting, the main directions for 2025 were identified, including the modernization of the programs of advanced training courses for teachers, greater focus on practice and the integration of the best international methodologies into the system of professional development of teachers, and the creation of conditions for the continuous professional development of teachers.
