The implementation of the state program for major repairs of apartment buildings in the capital, including the modernization of fire safety systems, continues. Under the program, homeowners can receive interest-free financing for a period of 7 to 15 years to carry out the necessary work, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
The following documents are required to submit an application:
* Obtaining an act of inspection of the condition of the fire extinguishing system;
* Submitting the issue for discussion by the Chamber Council;
* Determine the source of financing: MIB savings, targeted contributions or budget funds.
Comprehensive repairs are carried out if the following documents are available:
* Project documentation and cost estimates;
* Approved service providers;
* Responsible persons for accepting work are appointed.
The decision to carry out the work is made at the general meeting of owners if there is a quorum of more than 50%.
