In the village of Ongar, Khromtau district, one of the most successful and exemplary farms is located - the "Daniyar" farm. The farm, headed by Serik Orazymbetov, not only effectively develops agriculture, but also helps to improve the living conditions of local residents in the village.
The "Daniyar" farm is actively involved in the life of the district and is engaged in charitable services, helping the elderly, large families and young people.
On his own initiative, the head of the farm began building ten houses for his employees in May last year. In January 2025, the first families moved into these houses.
“I always believe that the success of any business depends on the people who work with you. My workers are my real partners and family. Taking care of them is my duty. Building a house is a small step in a big business, but I believe that it will help improve their lives and build even stronger relationships in our team. We always want each member of the team to feel at home and support them,” said Serik Orazymbetov, head of the Daniyar SC.
One of the first to move into a new house was the large Tolemisov family. The head of the family, Bagdat Tolemisov, works on a farm and drives a combine harvester to harvest. Seeing the hard work and responsibility of his employee, Serik Orazymbetov handed him the keys to a new house.
“Housing is not only comfort, but also confidence in the future. We have been waiting for this day for a long time, and now we have a comfortable place where our whole family can live happily. Many thanks to our head, Serik Orazymbetov, for not only providing us with work, but also creating conditions for a good life. This is a significant help to our family and we appreciate it very much,” Bagdat Tolemisov said, expressing his gratitude to the employer.
During a working trip to Khromtau district, regional akim Askhat Shakharov met with Serik Orazymbetov and congratulated the new residents on an important event in their lives.
“You are a true example of caring for people and supporting the villagers. Your initiative to build housing for workers, helping large families, and charity are a vivid example of social responsibility that inspires other entrepreneurs. Your actions have a significant impact on improving life in the district and deserve the highest respect,” the akim told the head of the regional administration.
At the end of the meeting with the new residents, Askhat Shakharov wished them health and prosperity, noting that support and attention to the team should be an important component of any business.
