In Shymkent, 1,130 employees of ambulance stations underwent training on modules that included knowledge and skills on the algorithm of dispatch service work, call processing, providing quality medical care to various categories of patients, and preventing child and maternal mortality in critical situations.
As part of the instructions of the Minister of Health, certification of the knowledge and skills acquired for emergency service specialists was carried out based on the results of the training.
A group of experts consisting of qualified specialists asked questions on specially developed checklists and checked the qualification level of paramedics using simulation devices in various situations.
In addition, meetings were organized with ambulance workers, and an analysis of non-standard situations that may arise during the provision of emergency care to patients was conducted.
