32-year-old Toktarkan Kambarov is a role model for young farmers in the East Kazakhstan region. He is the head of the Tamerlan farm, located in the Bolshoy Naryn district.
The Tamerlan farm owns 3,200 hectares of agricultural land, where advanced technologies are actively used. The use of elite seeds, modern agricultural machinery, and the introduction of mineral fertilizers have allowed to significantly increase productivity. In recent years, the average yield of grain crops has been 40 centners per hectare, and the yield of oilseeds has been 60 centners per hectare. These indicators testify to high professionalism and a desire for innovation.
In addition, Kambarov Toktarkan actively participates in the public life of his district. He provides employment to 30 people. As a deputy of the Ulken Naryn district maslikhat, he not only protects the interests of his fellow countrymen, but also sponsors local sports and cultural events.
Toktarkan is not only a successful farmer, but also a socially responsible citizen who actively participates in the life of society. His example shows that young farmers can not only develop their farms, but also promote the idea of ​​​​sustainable agriculture and social responsibility.
