The Ministry of Labor digitized two state services related to incapacitated persons

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry, has implemented the provision of the public services “Establishment of guardianship or trusteeship for incapacitated or disabled adults” and “Disposal of property of incapacitated or disabled adults, receipt of pensions, benefits, social payments credited to their accounts, and issuance of permission to alienate property of citizens recognized as incapacitated or disabled by a court decision” through the “Electronic Government” portal.
Previously, the acceptance of documents for the establishment of guardianship or trusteeship for adults recognized by the court as incapacitated, as well as for the issuance of permission to dispose of property of persons under guardianship or trusteeship, was carried out only in paper form.
The ability to receive the above services through the “Electronic Government” portal eliminates the need to submit applications and documents on paper, and also simplifies the business processes of providing services will contribute to, and reduce the risks of providing inaccurate data from service recipients. This is due to the fact that the information necessary for their provision (in the presence of digitized data) comes from the integrated information systems of state bodies.
Based on the results of consideration of applications for the establishment of guardianship/guardianship or for granting permission to dispose of the property of an incapacitated or disabled person, a notification in the form of a relevant order or a reasoned refusal is sent to the applicant's personal account on the "Electronic Government" portal in the form of an electronic document signed with the electronic digital signature of an authorized person of the service provider.
