🔹 According to the data of the Committee on Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

168,250 people applied for self - restraint through the eGov mobile app;
🔺in writing — 2,311 people.
The largest proportion of citizens who have restricted themselves in gambling are people aged 31 to 35 years:
🔺via eGov mobile — 40,212 people (23.90% of the total number);
in writing — 836 people (36.17% of the total number).
The pilot project on the introduction of an online service for self-restraint from gambling, implemented by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports since March 18, 2024, demonstrates positive dynamics.
So, a month after the start of the project (as of April 18, 2024), 35,342 applications were submitted through eGov mobile. By November 15, 2024, the total number of requests had grown to 168,250.
There is a steady trend of citizens switching from submitting applications in traditional paper form to using a mobile application for submitting online applications, which confirms the convenience and effectiveness of the new digital approach.
