A seminar on professional and business ethics was held at the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The key aspects of the internal Rules of professional conduct and ethics approved by the order of the Chief of Staff on October 1 this year were discussed.
The participants reviewed practical examples of compliance with ethical standards, issues of preventing conflicts of interest and strengthening citizens' trust. The role of professional and business ethics in creating a positive image of the Ministry was emphasized.
The seminar ended with the development of mutual proposals and recommendations aimed at strengthening the ethical culture and improving the professional environment within the Ministry.
