The project "One village - one product", implemented in order to support entrepreneurial initiatives, is focused primarily on business in rural areas. Priority is given to local producers. Such a scenario proves its effectiveness in Life. So, in 2023, three people became winners at the regional exhibition within the framework of the project, and this year there are already nine entrepreneurs. Including in villages engaged in the production of soap and cosmetics, as well as food, the manufacture of products from various materials such as wood, gypsum, felt, - the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
Among the winners of the project "One village - one product" there are also entrepreneurs of the Sarkansky district. These are Yulia Fisyukova, who is engaged in the production of soap, Svetlana Mukasheva, who showed her talent in the field of fruit and vegetable processing, Elmira Akpanova, a master of Kazakh traditional crafts and ethnodesign.
One of them, Svetlana Mukasheva, a resident of the village of Koylyk, has worked in the field of trade for 33 years. Today, she is engaged in gardening and has been growing and processing fruit and berry crops for more than ten years, offering consumers natural products. Svetlana's farm has a full production cycle from planting and caring for crops to their processing and sale of final products.
- There is a lot of chemistry in the food of young people today. I strive to give children natural products. We make jams and compotes from fresh fruits. Gradually, she began to accept orders from fellow villagers. In 2013, she opened her own company, grew and processed products on her site. My business started with growing garden crops such as apples, raspberries, and blueberries. We sow everything ourselves, we grow it ourselves, we process everything ourselves. Conscientious work can earn a decent living. We have a natural, environmentally friendly product. Our largest consumer is the Almatygoroformlenie collective. In accordance with their orders, we harvest 100 kg of fruit per month. I also supply dried apples to kindergartens in our district," says the entrepreneur.
At first, Svetlana Mukasheva worked alone, then her family began to help her. But when the business began to bring stable income, the businesswoman decided to hire workers. To date, three people work in the Mukasheva state of emergency, during the seasonal period, when the volume of work increases, the number of employees reaches twenty-twenty-five people. The woman plans to gradually automate what is still being done manually, open a workshop and launch a line for processing fruit and berry crops, consisting of 10 hectares of an apple orchard, one hectare for breeding raspberries and black currants.
Another resident of this village, Yulia Fisyukova, makes soap. She is a pharmacist by profession. I've been doing soap making for 10 years as a hobby, and in the last five years I've become seriously interested in this business. The demand for soap is high. The products are very diverse – gift soap, exclusive, herbal, etc.
- Since we live in an ecologically clean region, we add herbal extracts to detergents. We make extracts from plants, which we harvest in the summer and autumn period. We produce more than 40 types of detergents from medicinal herbs. Thanks to our participation in the "One Village – one Product" project, we have new prospects. Firstly, these are new customers, new advertising promotion opportunities. The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" has helped a lot in terms of developing the idea of product promotion, - said entrepreneur Yu.Fisyukova.
Kenzhetai Tazabekova, Chairman of the Council of Business Women of the Sarkan district, emphasizes the importance of increasing women's economic activity by supporting their business initiatives and their role in the labor education of the younger generation.
- The Council of Businesswomen of the Sarkansky district, established in 2015, today unites about 40 people. Of these, more than 20 active businesswomen are successfully running their business. The main purpose of the council is to support new business initiatives of women, increase their financial literacy, develop accounting skills and ensure the availability of preferential loans and grants," she said.
In general, in 2023-2024, more than 70 Zhetisu entrepreneurs took part in the project "One village – one product". Of these, 20 reached the semifinals, 12 became winners. They were given opportunities to participate in national and international exhibitions, in competitions for grants in the amount of 5 million tenge.
