Atbasar is one of the dynamically developing cities of the region, today the city's population is 30,815 people.
Great attention is paid to improving the quality of life of Atbasarians. A particularly relevant issue today is the modernization of the central boiler room. The project is a three-year one, work has been underway since last year, at the moment a number of works have already been carried out, which will allow residents of the city to use heating services in the beginning of the heating season. According to local executive bodies, the large-scale project will significantly improve the environmental component of the city.
"After the repair of the central boiler room is completed, the environmental component will become better, we will transfer all pumping stations to one centralized boiler room, the emission of smoke and carbon dioxide will decrease. An important fact: the boiler room capacity will increase, today the boiler room capacity is 23 gigacalories, after reconstruction it will be 120 Gcal. Now we have 17 boiler houses in the city, and soon there will be a unified system, which will optimize and centralize the process. In addition, the temperature regime for consumers will improve, positive changes in the quality of thermal energy are expected. This year, the contractor performed: dismantling of the foundations of boilers No. 3, No. 4; repair of gas ducts inside the building; reconstruction of the brick partition slag of ash removal of boilers No. 3, No. 4; renovation of the distribution unit; dismantling of existing sewer wells and networks; complex repairs dismantling of cyclones, flues, platforms, trestles made of metal boilers No. 3, No. 4; repair of the water accumulation extension; installation of the foundation for blast fans and flues and installation of the foundation for boiler No. 3. In addition, a foundation pit for the chemical water treatment building was equipped, the installation of a room for chemical water treatment was carried out, the soil was developed in a mechanized way for the foundations of smoke pumps and the crushed stone base of boiler No. 3 was sealed," said Yermek Bibekov, head of the Department of housing and Communal Services, passenger transport, highways and housing inspection of the Atbasar district.
According to Ermek Serikovich, work is currently underway on the installation of support structures for cyclones, the assembly of cyclones for boilers, the installation of floors and wall decoration of household premises of the chemical treatment building, the installation of shaped products of the chemical treatment building.
"To complete the project, it is necessary to complete the construction of the furnace chamber of boiler No. 3; to install a scraper-bucket lift with a gear motor and an electric motor. According to our plans, all work will be completed in 2026. Next year we will continue intensive work, it is planned to install several boilers, dismantle the foundation, base chimneys, adjust fuel supply, build chimneys, install and replace chemical water purification. It is worth noting that last year the boilers were also overhauled: the furnace was replaced, the boilers were walled up, the boiler 1 and 2 are working properly, the heat supply is stable," the department of housing and Communal services, passenger transport, highways and housing inspection of the Atbasar district emphasized.
According to the ministry, after the completion of the overhaul of the central boiler house of the city of Atbasar, the conditions of heat supply to 3693 subscribers will be improved.
