The law is aimed at improving the mechanisms of state support for citizens, Candace to improve housing conditions.
The first set of amendments is aimed at implementing the instructions of the Head of State to create a full-fledged development and support institution based on the Otbasy Bank, which will centrally carry out the installation, accounting and distribution of housing.
The bank will also continue to subsidize part of the rent for housing rented in a private housing fund, and provide preferential mortgage housing loans.
The bank will allocate housing taking into account the date of registration of the needy and the level of income, which will allow providing housing primarily to people who have been on the waiting list for a long time.
The second set of amendments provides for the introduction of additional guarantees for those in need of housing.
The third set of amendments supplemented and clarified the provisions governing the mechanism of ownership and use of housing within the framework of state support measures.
The fourth block of amendments is aimed at improving certain provisions of land legislation, legislation in the fields of construction, and guaranteeing deposits of individuals.
