The Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan launched a command and staff Exercise "Winter-2024" in all regions of the Republic. Training activities are also held in Turkestan. The event was attended by First Deputy akim of Turkestan region Zulpykhar Zholdasov and deputy head of the Regional Emergency Department, Colonel Askhat Yerzhanov, who worked out the preparatory work.
The event, scheduled for two days, takes place throughout the region. The training consists of two stages. At the first stage, the preparation of forces and means of civil protection bodies on the territory of the region for the winter period was worked out. And at the second stage, in the zone of natural and Man-Made Disasters, Emergency Rescue and elimination of damage caused by emergency situations are carried out.
In winter, due to extreme weather changes, traffic stops on some roads in the region. This situation often occurs on the territory of Tulkubas, Baidibek, Sozak, Tolebi, Kazygurt districts and the city of Kentau. Currently, the forces of civil protection structures involved in the exercises are preparing for rescue operations, moving passengers left on the road to safe places. At the same time, they are mobilized to eliminate emergency situations in accordance with the given introductions.
Exercises to control the preparation for the winter period 2024-2025 will be held by the method of command and staff Games in districts and cities of the region.
During the event, Zulpykhar Sansyzbayevich, together with representatives of the industry, got acquainted with the state of heating stations in Kentau, Sozak and Baidibek districts, and instructed the responsible persons to regulate the issue of communication in mountainous areas.
