In Turkestan region this year, within the framework of the "regional employment map", it is planned to create more than 118 thousand jobs, currently 104,635 jobs have been created.
The work done since the beginning of the year on employment of the population of the region, shortcomings and other problematic issues were discussed at a meeting chaired by Deputy akim of Turkestan region Beisenbay Tazhibayev.
The report of the head of the Regional Department of coordination of employment and social programs Asiya Temirbaeva on the results of 10 months of 2024 was heard. On the basis of national projects and concepts, it took the 4th place in the Republic in terms of the transfer of mandatory pension contributions of citizens sent to jobs created in infrastructure projects.
He did not hide the low indicators in the areas of Organization of subsidized jobs, youth practice, employment quotas for people with disabilities. The deputy akim of the region separately considered the issues of Baidibek, Maktaaral, Zhetysai, Otyrar, Sauran districts, which did not fulfill the plan at the proper level, and gave time to correct the shortcomings.
Abzal Kazankapov, director of the Center for labor mobility of the Department of coordination of employment and social programs of the Turkestan region, made a report at the meeting. This year, it is planned to send 31,208 people to subsidized jobs, 32,578 people are actually employed. 39.1 thousand permanent jobs were created for new and vacant jobs. Within the framework of national projects, it is planned to implement 397 projects in 2024, of which 362 have already been implemented. It is planned to create 3,671 new jobs, and 3,106 citizens were employed.
In addition, the work in districts and cities on the projects" Youth practice "and" kumis Zhas", coverage of local residents with public, social and primary jobs, employment of orphans and citizens with disabilities, registered on probation or deprived of freedom, was analyzed and the performance of indicators was considered.
The Center for labor mobility is constantly monitoring the targeted spending of state non-refundable grant funds. To date, in 2023, the misuse of funds by 23 citizens covered by the grant has been revealed and a court decision has been made to return it to the state. Work is underway to return funds.
And with 575 citizens sent to paid public jobs, the contract was unilaterally terminated for non-compliance with labor discipline. The contract was also terminated with 2,517 citizens who were sent to subsidized jobs.
Beisen Dauletovich noted that the Career Centers pay special attention to improving the skills of personnel, are open to suggestions for intensifying work. He criticized responsible leaders who did not fulfill the plan at the proper level, and warned that appropriate measures will be taken for those who have made mistakes.
