For 10 months of this year, 42 thousand residents were registered in the compulsory social insurance system in Turkestan region. At the beginning of the year, more than 400 thousand people were not covered by the OSMS system. This and other work was widely discussed at the regular staff meeting chaired by Deputy akim of the region Beisenbai Tazhibayev. The tasks ahead have been worked out.
- It is necessary to provide quality medical care to insured citizens in the OSMS system in the region. "I don't know," he said. The meeting was attended by the management of the branch and the responsible Department of NAO "social health insurance fund" in the Turkestan region, representatives of medical organizations and akimats of districts and cities.
During the meeting, Director of the branch of the fund "compulsory social health insurance" in Turkestan region Bakhyt Ismakhanbetov made a report on the measures taken to involve the population of the region in the OSMS system. He noted that a mobile group created at the level of akimats of districts and cities organizes daily work and measures to determine the status of residents.
Deputy head of the Regional Health Department Bauyrzhan Satybaldy said that more than 43 thousand people who did not pay for the OSMS system for previous years have been notified. With the Department of state revenue, the accounts of debtors, peasant farms, who regularly did not pay payments, are blocked. So far, the debts of more than 8 thousand citizens have been recovered. Of these, there are about 5 thousand farms. The number of debtors who did not pay the debt is 34,710 (80.5%), including the number of farms – 28,750 (82.8%).
Deputy head of the Regional Department of coordination of employment and social programs Kumiskul Mirova dwelled on the work done to reduce the number of families of categories D and E on the digital family map. Funds are planned from the regional budget for the payment of contributions to OSMS by this category of citizens.
It should be noted that the work on attracting the population of Turkestan region to the OSMS system continues steadily. Since the beginning of the year, 17 meetings of the regional headquarters have been held in the region, and 11 field meetings have been held in districts and cities. More than 2 million residents are registered in polyclinics in the region. Of these, the number of people covered by the system of compulsory social health insurance is 83% of the region's population. Accordingly, the number of uninsured is 350 thousand. This is a decrease of 23% compared to the previous month.
