What kind of support is provided by the state and what opportunities are open to people of the working profession – these issues became the main ones at the youth meeting "Enbek.Bolashaq.Damu" in Karaganda. The forum gathered more than 600 participants – delegates from cities and districts of the Karaganda region.
The organizers of the rally – the Karaganda regional branch of the Amanat party and the youth wing of Zhastar Rukhy – noted that they are holding such a major event for the first time.
– Next year in Kazakhstan has been declared the Year of Working Professions, and this has become the main message of our rally. We wanted to show the youth that there are large enterprises in our region that offer a lot of jobs. All that is needed is study, diligence and self–belief. We plan to make such events annual so that they benefit young people and allow them to receive feedback," says Yerzhan Khamitov, chairman of the Zhastar Rukhy youth wing in the Karaganda region.
As part of the rally, young people visited the Saransk Industrial zone,
where the tour took place at the factories of KamaTyresKZ, Silk Road Electronics, QazTehna,
and the youth also received advice on career guidance.
A significant part of the meeting was a foresight session, where topical topics were discussed: cybercrime, synthetic drugs, ludomania, etc.
During the open dialogue, each participant was able to ask questions and receive detailed answers from experts.
The meeting ended with a panel meeting, at which the akim of the Karaganda region, Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, spoke. He noted the significant efforts aimed at supporting and developing youth in the region, stressing the importance of improving the material and technical base of educational institutions, as well as the introduction of career guidance programs. Special attention was paid to preferential mortgages for young professionals, which helps solve housing issues.
– President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said: "Kazakhstan is a country of talented youth. Tomorrow you will bring glory to our state. And today we must create all the conditions for your development." These are not just words, but an action plan that we are implementing together. Our region is actively attracting labor, and specialists from other regions come to us. We have a large industrial zone in Sarani and a Saryarka zone in Karaganda. Don't be afraid of work! The main thing is to have a desire, and we have a lot of vacancies," Ermaganbet Bulekpayev stressed.
The meeting was also attended by young people who have chosen working specialties. They shared their experience with the students and told them how important it is to focus on the real needs of the labor market.
– I didn't even expect to learn so much about large enterprises. I never thought that there are such factories in our region. I also met a lot of interesting people. Such gatherings are very important so that young people feel supported and see opportunities for development," said Diana Mustafina, a fourth–year student of KarU, who participated in the rally.
At the end of the meeting, five active participants who proved themselves in various fields received cash certificates for 100 thousand tenge from the patron – deputy of the Karaganda regional Maslikhat Askar Orazbekov.
As a result of the meeting, a resolution was adopted, which outlined key areas for further development of youth policy in the region.
