By the order of the Akim of Kostanay region dated December 24, 2024, in agreement with the Maslikhat of Sarykol district, Marat Lesbekovich Shymyrbekov was appointed to the post of Akim of Sarykol district.
Marat Lesbekovich was born in 1973 in Ordabasy district of South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Shymkent University with a degree in Chemistry and Biology and Peoples' Friendship University of Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical University with a degree in Public and Local Government. Previously, he held the posts of Akim of Zlatoust rural district and Deputy Akim of Sarykol district.
By the order of the Akim of Kostanay region dated December 25, 2024, in agreement with the Maslikhat of Kostanay district, Olzhas Zhomartovich Nurgaliev was appointed to the post of Akim of Kostanay district.
Olzhas Zhomartovich was born in 1986 in the Kostanay district of the Kostanay region. He graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in International Relations, the Modern Humanitarian Academy and the M. Dulatov Kostanay Engineering and Economics University with a degree in Economics. He has a Master of Science degree in Economics. Previously, he held the position of head of the passenger transport and highways department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region.
By the order of the Akim of the Kostanay region dated December 25, 2024, in agreement with the maslikhat of the Dzhangeldy district, Dinmukhanbet Serikovich Bidashev was appointed to the post of Akim of the Dzhangeldy district.
Dinmukhanbet Serikovich was born in 1981 in the Dzhangeldy district of the Kostanay region. He graduated from the A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University with a degree in Economics and Management. Previously held the position of Deputy Akim of the Dzhangeldinsky District.
All appointed akims have significant experience in public administration and practical knowledge necessary for effective management.
