The Smart Astana application unites more than 70 city services, covering transport, healthcare, education, culture and utilities, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
With the help of the application, users can monitor the movement of public transport in real time, the status of departures and arrivals of international and domestic flights, as well as get acquainted with the schedule of trains, commuter trains and intercity buses.
The application for car owners of the capital provides functions for searching for paid parking and paying for parking spaces in a convenient format.
The application also offers services for accessing medical services, such as the ability to make an online appointment with a doctor, call a doctor at home and get information about medical institutions in the city with contact details and addresses. This helps to increase the availability of medical care for the population.
At the same time, the "Stop Corruption" service functions in the Smart Astana mobile application, which allows residents of the city to quickly and anonymously report cases of corruption. With this tool, users can efficiently and safely transfer information about violations to the anti-corruption system.
In addition, the "No Drugs" service is implemented in the application, aimed at countering the advertising and distribution of drugs. The new functionality allows residents of the city to quickly report drug-related violations and contributes to their prompt elimination.
To use the "No Drugs" service, the user must install the application on his mobile phone and register. Then, on the main page, go to the "Popular" section and select the subsection "Send a No drugs appeal". Users fill out the application form, specifying the last name, first name and patronymic, phone number, address and message text. It is also possible to attach a photo or video with a recorded offense. All requests are processed promptly, and measures are taken for each violation in accordance with the law.
To start using all the features of Smart Astana, just download the app through the App Store or Google Play. To register, you need to specify a phone number and receive a confirmation code. All services will be available immediately after authorization.
