The Department of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service affairs in Turkestan region organized the event "I believe in youth!"the Regional Youth Forum was held. The main goal is to teach young people hard work and instill patriotic qualities in them, giving them professional guidance.
The forum was attended by Deputy akim of Turkestan region E. Altaev, rector of the International Kazakh-Turkish university named after K. A. Yasawi zh. Temirbekova, rector of the International University of Tourism and hospitality A. Shokparov, director of the "bilim-innovation boarding school" A. Mirmanov.
Speaking at the beginning of the event, Deputy akim of the region Yertay Altayev noted that 2025 was declared the Year of working professions on the initiative of the President.
"I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet you today and share your thoughts. You are the future of our country, a new wave of civil service, a new generation that justifies the trust of our people. Your main task is to serve in accordance with modern requirements, show responsibility and honesty. As young civil servants, you will be the bearer of new ideas, the bearer of reforms, and the bearer of change in society. By mastering modern technologies and new approaches and using them in your activities, you can lead our country forward. I urge you to be a true patriot, to work hard for the development of our country. It is up to you to create a bright future for Kazakhstan through your new ideas and aspirations, " Yertai Kenzhebekovich said.
The meeting brought together young civil servants of the region, young people who graduated with honors (GPA-3.33) who were accepted into the civil service without competition, reservists who were accepted into the Regional Personnel reserve of the region, students of higher educational institutions and high school students.
During the forum, the speakers shared their experience in the work of young people, informed about a number of changes and additions to the legislation in order to eliminate unnecessary barriers and barriers to entering the civil service, ensure transparency and accessibility of the civil service.
It should be noted that in accordance with the Presidential Decree, the concept for the development of the civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024-2029 has been approved, which provides for the creation of an Institute of early vocational guidance, which includes schools and universities. That is, according to the concept, work will be carried out to prepare students of the graduating class who are interested in the civil service from the moment they are in the school.
The meeting was continued with questions and answers, opinions were heard. At the end of the meeting, special icons were presented to the students of the school "young civil servants", which was opened on the initiative of the Department.
