A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Akim of the region Nurlybek Nalibayev, at which issues of attracting investments and implementing major projects were discussed. It was attended by deputy akims of the region, heads of responsible industries and entrepreneurs.
– To improve the investment climate in the region, reconstruction and construction of international, interregional transport routes are underway, a modern thermal power plant is being built, – says the governor of the region. – It is necessary to cooperate with countries with advanced industry and technology. In 10 months of 2024, 14 oil companies in the region purchased various goods necessary for production for 12.5 billion tenge.
There are 6 industrial zones in the region with a total area of more than 300 hectares and ready infrastructure for the placement of new investment projects.
