Taraz hosted the Regional Youth Forum" energetic youth – the future of the country".
The meeting was attended by akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev, rectors of higher educational institutions, as well as young civil servants, members of the presidential and Regional Personnel Reserve and students of the region.
The forum is aimed at further raising the status of the civil service, attracting young graduates to the civil service, supporting young people and increasing their potential. The event was organized by the akimat of Zhambyl region and the Regional Department of the agency for Civil Service affairs.

The Presidential Youth personnel Reserve is a unique opportunity for young people to make a significant contribution to the prosperity of our sovereign country.
In the region, two members of this reserve have been appointed to leadership positions and work fruitfully. "One of them, Chairman of the Board of JSC"" SEC ""Taraz "" Berik Manasov, spoke at the forum." He focused on his career and shared his experience.
In accordance with the instructions of the head of state, a regional youth personnel Reserve has been created this year. 26 talented young people from Zhambyl region were selected for it. Today, members of the rezevr Balabi Tumenbayev (head of the Office of the Akim of Shu district) and Zhandos Rustembayev (head of the Entrepreneurship Department of the akimat of Taraz) have been appointed to the post on a non-competitive basis. The appointment of reservists to responsible positions will continue.

Mechanisms for hiring young civil servants have been simplified in the country. In particular, students who have completed higher education institutions with good results are accepted for lower positions at the district and rural levels without competitive selection. In the region, 32 young graduates who successfully completed their studies took advantage of this opportunity to enter the civil service.
Chief Specialist of the Department of Agriculture of the akimat of Baizak district Shokhrukh Gafurov, Chief Specialist of the organizational and Inspection Department of the Office of the Akim of Moyinkum district Aykhanym Serikova spoke on the rostrum of the forum, calling on contemporaries to excel in their studies and contribute to the prosperity of the region.
In the final part of the meeting, the young people exchanged views and shared their thoughts.
It should be noted that there are more than 1,400 young civil servants under the age of 35 in Zhambyl region.
