Semey International Airport expands opportunities for comfortable and safe passenger service. Thus, the airport's fleet has been replenished with a modern bus designed to carry 110 people.
"The bus also takes into account the needs of people with disabilities. Thus, we create conditions for their unhindered movement," said Gazizbek Samatov, Director of the airport.
The new transport was purchased with the support of the akimat of the region and is designed for the prompt delivery of passengers from the terminal to the plane and back.
"The airport is a kind of gateway for guests arriving from afar. Our airport must meet all the requirements, especially to meet the needs of passengers. We are obliged to fulfill our obligations in order to create comfortable conditions for our fellow countrymen and passengers," the head of the region noted.
By the end of December this year, it is planned to put into operation an ambulance elevator, which will provide convenient and safe ascent and descent of passengers with disabilities.
