From November 20 to 23, the 12th International Defense Exhibition and seminar IDEAS-2024 was held in Karachi, Pakistan.
The senior officer of the Department of Military Units of the Committee on Civil Defense and Military Units, Major Nurlan Tuteshev, took part in the event as part of the Kazakh delegation.
The exhibition featured more than 550 exhibits of weapons, military equipment and defense industry products from manufacturers and suppliers from 55 countries. Among them are personal armor protection equipment, clothing, fire and rescue equipment and equipment, driving simulators of cars and armored vehicles, armored vehicles, armored vehicles with a compartment for personnel with loopholes and armor protection, mobile armored modules for 2-3 people with loopholes, a controlled combat module, an automated fire control system, a digital automated mortar system, optical devices.
The exhibition has become an important platform for exploring the potential of Pakistani products relevant to the needs of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Special attention was paid to rescue equipment, equipment and uniforms, which can be useful for further development and modernization of the service.
