The premiere of the play "Bala Kanysh" dedicated to the childhood of Kanysh Satpayev took place at the Puppet Theater of Astana, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
The work presented to the children was dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the scientist, organizer and first president of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, Academician Kanysh Satpayev. The author of the production is Kuat Yezhembek, the director of photography is the Honored Artist of Kazakhstan Kuralai Yeshmuratova.
The purpose of the play "Bala Kanysh" is to glorify the name of Kanysh Imantaevich, to promote the work of a scientist, to popularize his childhood, to introduce the younger generation to science, education, and art.
The performance was presented in the form of a multimedia lecture, and was informative in nature. In it, various information about the life and work of Kanysh Satpayev was told by a student of the academician, a teacher-professor. Data from the scene screen was also provided. For example, the fact that he studied at the Semipalatinsk Teachers' Seminary, where he saw the upbringing of Zhusipbek Aimauytov and other Alashevites, found an inscription carved by Emir Temir on a stone in Ulytau, gave musician Alexander Zataevich 25 Kazakh songs, entered the Tomsk Technological Institute under the influence of geologist Mikhail Usov, studied zhyr "Edyge" and others.
"We must glorify our great people. The child's mind is like a white paper. The information heard in childhood is quickly absorbed by consciousness and is preserved forever, not being forgotten for life. Most modern children, sitting in their homes, do not take their eyes off their mobile phone or tablet. We tried to talk about the benefits of going out into nature through staging, about the essence of studying its subtleties. We want the children who watched this production to try to be the same as Kanysh. Of course, when writing the work, I searched a little and read works about the academician. Since I'm not writing a story, I turned on my imagination to make it interesting," said the author of the work, the young playwright Kuat Yezhembek.
