Almaty has festive yurts decorated in the national style. They are installed in three prominent places of the city: Astana and Abai squares, and on Arbat.

The doors of the yurts, where Santa Claus will welcome guests, will be open to visitors every day from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Residents and guests of the city will be able to take pictures with the main character of the New Year until December 31 and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of joy and miracles.

On December 31, yurts will be open on Astana Square until midnight, and at the beginning of 2025 there will be a New Year's concert followed by fireworks.

In the remaining days before the New Year, various creative workshops, interesting games, live performances on decorated stages and meetings with favorite New Year's characters will be held near the yurts.

Masters and craftsmen will hold master classes for the whole family, where guests can make unique New Year's toys with their own hands. It will be possible to decorate wooden Christmas tree toys, decorate mugs with bright drawings and decorative elements, make music boxes and animate plaster figures on a New Year's theme. These classes will allow everyone to feel like a real craftsman and take a piece of the holiday with them.
