Astana, December 26, 2024 – Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu had a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov.
The Kazakh Foreign Minister expressed his deep condolences to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan and the families who lost their loved ones as a result of the crash of the Azerbaijani airline AZAL aircraft near Aktau city. He wished a speedy recovery to the victims of this tragic accident.
During the conversation, the ministers discussed in detail the current agenda of bilateral relations, as well as cooperation within regional formats and international organizations. They confirmed their mutual readiness to further comprehensively strengthen the Kazakh-Azerbaijani strategic partnership and alliance.
