The One-Day Clinic project is being scaled to the whole country
The experience of the regions where the One-Day Clinic project was implemented in a pilot mode will be extended to the whole of Kazakhstan. Its implementation made it possible to ensure the availability of innovative methods of prenatal diagnosis of pregnant women and timely identification of the risk of having a child with congenital malformations and chromosomal pathology. The high quality of prenatal diagnostic services and methods and the receipt of examination results were carried out according to the "one-stop shop" principle for one day. Today, over 35,000 women have taken advantage of this opportunity.
In addition, the Fetal Medicine project was implemented for the first time in Kazakhstan. This is a completely new direction in the national healthcare system. It allows you to correct and treat early pathological conditions of the fetus using minimally invasive procedures. To date, 20 intrauterine surgeries have been performed. Starting from January 1, 2025, this project will be implemented throughout the republic.
Health books and medical certificates are being converted to digital format
Starting from the new year, the issuance, accounting and maintenance of personal medical books will be transferred to electronic format. The introduction of this mechanism will allow citizens to submit a document to several organizations at once, which will save them time and money. Today, about 1.6 million Kazakhstanis have health books.
The changes also affected the issuance of other medical documents. It is also planned to transfer from paper to electronic format for the convenience of citizens.:
Sick leave;
075/y "Medical certificate";
026/y "Conclusion of the VCC";
073/y "Certificate of admission to vehicle management";
069/y "Sanatorium-resort card";
052-2/y "Child's health passport"
076/y "Obtaining a permit for weapons";
038/y "Certificate of temporary disability".
For this purpose, work is currently underway to integrate information systems. Documents will be transferred to third parties only with the consent of citizens using the eGov mobile application, which has access to medical data in the eDensaulyq section.
In addition, since the new year, informed consent or refusal to vaccinate a child is also registered electronically. The algorithm of actions will change only if the vaccinated patient complains of complications after vaccination. In medical parlance, this is called adverse effects after immunization. The doctor will be obliged to provide immediate assistance, issue an electronic notification and send it to government agencies.
