Taking into account the rapid development of the country's transport and logistics complex, it is expected that in the medium term 25 new specialties will be required. This was announced at a meeting of the government within the framework of the Year of working professions, Minister of transport Marat Karabayev said.
In particular, he said that when implementing new projects, it is planned to design the construction and reconstruction of highways using BIM technology, which involves the use of a digital analogue of the project and 3D-modeling. This direction will require appropriate design engineers on "smart roads", foremen with experience in BIM technology, an operator of construction robots and a digital designer. To manage large nodes in the transport and logistics sector, you need a designer and operator of digital logistics cards.
In civil aviation, pilots of externally pilotable aircraft systems will be in demand. In this regard, in the future, together with the authorized body and educational institutions, the issue of opening these specialties will be considered.
To date, 772 thousand of the 9.7 million employed people work in the transport sector, most of which are in the areas of railway and Road Transport, Logistics and warehousing.
