In coordination with the Presidential Administration, Dosulan Aitbayev was appointed Deputy Akim of Akmola region by order of Akim of Akmola region.
Dosulan Yerlanovich Aitbayev graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University. Master's degree in Political Science. He has 17 years of public service experience.
He started his career in 2008 as the chief specialist of the office of the akim of the Zhangeldinsky district of the Kostanay region.
He held various responsible positions in the Akimat of Kostanay region, in the Ministries of Culture and Information, Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Prior to his appointment, he was the chief of staff of the Akim of the Akmola region.
