The Department of Land Resources Management of the West Kazakhstan region of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan established during the inspection the fact of non-use of a land plot with an area of 2,895 hectares. The site, located in the city of Uralsk, was allocated to JSC for the construction of the building.
As a result of the inspection, the land user was issued an order to eliminate violations during the year. However, the requirements of the regulation were not fulfilled.
The Department has drawn up a protocol on an administrative offense in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 462 of the Administrative Code. A fine was imposed on the land user by a court decision, and the land was returned to state ownership.
