In 2024, a Centralized archive was created in the capital's courts, where more than 103,000 criminal and civil cases were transferred for storage, including materials from 1949. Yeldos Zhumaksanov, head of the Department of Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana, spoke about these and other results of last year, as well as the immediate work plans, at a briefing in the Communications Service, the official website of the Akimat of the city reports.
"These changes have not only improved the working conditions of judges and staff, but also provided comfort for citizens who applied to the courts of the capital. We will continue to work on improving the infrastructure in 2025," said Yeldos Zhumaksanov.
In May last year, a Centralized archive was created in the capital's courts. More than 103,000 criminal and civil cases have been deposited, including materials from 1949. To improve the efficiency of the archive, primary and repeated scientific and technical processing of documents was carried out.
In 2024, the courts of Astana sent over 27,000 writ of execution.
"Improving the enforcement of court decisions is one of our priorities. According to the results of the reconciliation of unjustified refusals, 10 private bailiffs were brought to disciplinary responsibility. We will continue to improve this work," Zhumaksanov said.
In 2025, the department plans to launch a new automated system "Torelik 2.0", which will be implemented in the second half of the year. This platform will make it possible to improve judicial processes, making them more transparent and convenient for citizens.
