The Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competitive selection of independent directors to the Boards of Directors of JSC Defense Industrial Complex Development Fund and JSC National Company Kazakhstan Engineering.
The competitive selection of independent directors is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for the competitive selection of an independent director to the Boards of Directors of Joint-stock Companies, the sole shareholder of which is the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 13, 2025 No. 11.

The deadline for the final acceptance of candidates' competitive applications is January 30, 2025.
