Work continues in the country to train new generation teachers for modern comfortable schools, the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports with reference to the National Center for Advanced Training "Orleu".
The first training seminar "Comfortable school teaching staff: cooperation, development and support" was attended by about 1,500 teachers from comfortable schools in Shymkent, Akmola, Almaty, Atyrau, Zhambyl, Zhetysu, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions.
"The training is aimed at developing effective interpersonal communications between managers and teachers in comfortable schools, which contributes to creating a favorable educational environment and improving the effectiveness of the formation of new teams. As part of the training, teachers analyzed existing stereotypes, identified key areas for optimizing team interaction and increased their level of involvement in solving professional tasks," said Aidana Shilibekova, Chairman of the National Center for Advanced Training "Orleu".
In addition, the seminar participants received answers to all relevant questions. This practice will continue in other regions.
