The state's task is to create favorable conditions for the education of every child, regardless of their place of residence.

This year, the national project "Comfortable School" will be completed. A network of modern support schools is being created in all regions. On my instructions, another 1,300 schools will be modernized within three years. In addition, the Government must create favorable conditions for the construction of modern schools and attract private investment in the field of secondary education"
