The press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan opened the section “100 new names - 100 new faces” about the inventions, achievements of talented students and teachers, as well as interesting events in school life.
Our first hero is Nurtalap Bakytzhanov, a talented 4th grade student from the Alimbetov village of the Kargaly district of the Aktobe region.
The young inventor has developed a unique project for energy generation. His work is aimed at studying the efficiency of nuclear power plants (NPPs) in generating electricity.
The model built by Nurtalap boils water and receives steam energy at a pressure of 2-2.5 atmospheres. This energy is converted into mechanical energy through a turbine, and then into electrical energy. The model consists of specific components such as a reactor, steam turbine, generator, energy distribution pipes, cooling tower, and cooling pool.
“I set out to study the construction of a nuclear power plant and find ways to efficiently generate electricity. "I analyzed the principles and structure of nuclear power plants around the world and studied data from the fields of physics and space to create a small model," says Nurtalap.
Nurtalap is a regular participant in the "Zerde" scientific project competition. He has won the 1st degree diploma at the regional stage of this competition for two years in a row.
He was also awarded the 1st degree diploma at the Republican "Akbota" Intellectual Olympiad, took third place at the Republican "Bastau" Mathematical Olympiad, and first place at the district "Altyn Saka" Mathematical Competition.
The young inventor dreams of becoming an engineer and creating devices that work on various energy sources.
