The confirmed amount of the signing bonus must be paid within 20 working days from the moment the results protocol is signed. If the winner does not pay the final amount of the signing bonus, the priority and obligations for paying the signing bonus confirmed by the participant will be transferred to the next auction participant who offered the largest amount of the signing bonus.
