Exhibition of foreign university branches for students is being held in Astana
The exhibition of more than 20 foreign university branches “Study in Kazakhstan” for students of grades 10 and 11, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Astana City Administration, and the L.N. Gumilyov National University, was held at the Al-Farabi Students’ Palace.
The event was attended by Ruslan Emelbayev, Advisor to the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Kasymkhan Sengazyev, Head of the Astana City Education Department, Nauzhan Didarbekova, Deputy Director of the National Testing Center, Ardak Beisenbay, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Eurasian National University, and representatives of foreign university branches.
The main goal of the “Study in Kazakhstan” exhibition is to provide an opportunity to study at a foreign university without leaving Kazakhstan. Already today, contacts with qualified foreign universities have been established in many regions of the country and conditions have been created for studying under the double diploma system. In the future, it is planned to increase the number of foreign universities. This was noted by Ruslan Emelbayev, Advisor to the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
"Our country is creating all the conditions for your education. In the near future, we will increase the number of branches of foreign universities and carry out large-scale work on the double diploma program. I am sure that you will be able to get the necessary information from this exhibition. I wish you good luck in the future!", - said Ruslan Emelbayev.
It should be noted that applicants can enter branches of foreign universities with the results of the Unified National Testing. This is the only opportunity to get a diploma from the university of your dreams while staying in our country.
The exhibition will last for two days in Astana, from January 30 to 31. Do not be shy, dear applicants!
