Karaganda students who intend to enter the civil service will be taught the basics of public management, administration and media literacy in an informal setting. The "Service to the Nation" youth club was opened at the regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The participants were selected from among active students of Karaganda universities who intend to work in state bodies. The club has created several groups in the areas of public management and administration, legislation, ecology, etc. Special lectures and seminars will be held in each area. Also, the club provides for general subjects that all participants must study and learn, such as media literacy, anti-corruption culture, personality development, basics of public management, etc.
Lessons are held every Friday. One course is designed for six months.
- We want to create an informal, comfortable environment for young people. So to speak - without a bureaucratic approach. Because this is exactly what scares many in state institutions. We, on the contrary, can have tea with the club members and give everyone the opportunity to express their opinions and discuss ideas, - says the club leader Ernar Rakishev.
Now the recruitment of the first group of club members is almost complete. The start date of the second lecture is September of this year. Applications for participation in the club can be submitted by WhatsApp +7-771-527- 06-27 or by writing to private messages on Instagram @elgeqyzmet _ jastary.
