Today, January 30, the akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybay inspected the construction of a plant for the production of pump-compressor pipes and pump rods under construction in the city of Zhanaozen.
The project, which covers an area of ​​12 hectares, was laid in 2024 at the initiative of the head of the region in the city's industrial zone No. 1.
The construction of the plant is being carried out by Kaskor Engineering LLP. This enterprise is one of the leading mechanical engineering companies in the region that produces equipment for the oil and gas industry and chemical production.
At the construction site, the installation of metal structures is currently 75% complete. According to the head of the site, Zhenis Tukayev, the roof and facade of the facility have been covered, and construction work is progressing at full speed according to schedule. In addition, the construction of a boiler house and a substation is underway.
Currently, 126 people are involved in the construction site. The installation of equipment will begin on February 20, and the building's perimeter will be completely closed by the end of March.
The regional akim instructed to take all necessary measures for construction work and complete it within the specified time.
It should be noted that the construction of a plant for the production of pump-compressor pipes and pump rods in Zhanaozen will help solve the problem of unemployment and increase the efficiency of local production of equipment necessary for production in the city.
In addition, during his visit to Zhanaozen, Nurdaulet Kilybay met with farm owners and discussed issues in the agricultural sector and the country as a whole.
