The Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Akmola region, having satisfied the claim of the Department of Land Resources Management (DLRMC of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan), made a decision on the forced return of 39.3 thousand hectares of agricultural land that had not been used for a long time.
The inspection revealed that 4,747 hectares of arable land and 34,425 hectares of pasture land in the Sileti, Aksuat and Koitas rural districts of the Ereymentau district were not used for their intended purpose. Despite the fact that the landowner was given a year to eliminate violations, he did not take the necessary measures.
The appellate court left the decision unchanged. Now these lands will be transferred to effective users, and control over their development will continue.
