A pilot project to introduce voucher financing into the preschool education system will be launched in the regional center.

The change will be introduced in 83 kindergartens. Among them, there are 31 state and 52 private organizations.
The purpose of the pilot project is to automate the processes of placing children in the queue, receiving and placing state orders. This will make the system understandable and accessible for parents and increase competition among preschool organizations.
- The introduction of voucher financing will be an important step towards improving the preschool education system in the city. Thanks to the new model, the processes implemented will be understandable and accessible to all participants, - said Zhangazy Alipbayev, Deputy Head of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan Region.
This project will also open up new opportunities for private kindergartens. They will be able to join the project after submitting the necessary documents. JSC "Financial Center" was appointed as the project operator.
