The senior group of the exemplary choreographic ensemble "Edelweiss" from the Bukhar-Zhyrau district of the Karaganda region won two Grand Prix at an international competition.
The multi-genre GULNAR FEST international competition was held in Astana. Choreographic ensembles, vocalists, musicians, speakers and gymnasts took part in it.
The senior group of the exemplary choreographic ensemble "Edelweiss" from Bukhara-Zhyrau district performed with a rich dance program. According to the results of the competition, the team won two Grand Prix at once: for dancing "Kerbez Gulder" and "Maiden sufferings". These are national dances adapted for the modern stage.
It is noteworthy that the award was awarded to the ensemble both by the decision of the jury and the audience.
