In honor of the Republic Day in Kokshetau, 20 more families became owners of new apartments. The new house is located within walking distance from social facilities and is located in one of the most promising areas of the city. Apartments with improved repairs in the Ak Bidai residential complex were purchased for socially vulnerable segments of the population using a new mechanism.
"Since last year, a new mechanism for the purchase of apartments has been introduced. The selection requirements have been strengthened, it is allowed to purchase housing with a certain comfort class and the necessary infrastructure. The whole range of measures will improve the living conditions of about 2 thousand families, and most importantly, it will reduce the waiting list for housing. Today's event is a concrete implementation of the President's policy aimed at improving the quality of life of Kazakhstanis," said Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov.
It should be noted that the houses are subject to privatization in the future. This mechanism was launched for the first time today in the Akmola region, in the city of Kokshetau.
