The keys to 60 houses and townhouses were handed over to the waiting list of the Shetsky district. Representatives of socially vulnerable segments of the population received new housing.
This year, funds were allocated in the Shetsky district for the purchase of 170 houses and townhouses on the primary market. The purchased square meters are given to the waiting list.
Now 60 new settlers in the village of Aksu-Ayuli have received the keys to houses and townhouses.
Akim of the Shet district Mukhit Mukhtarov congratulated them at the regional House of Culture.
Almash Tazhibayeva, a single mother, is among those who received housing.
– I have three children, and I've been standing in line for almost 15 years. Of course, I'm very glad that I got a place. The townhouse is spacious. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a living room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms. There is a bathroom, a bathroom, everything is very convenient. The children are also very happy, they have already occupied the bedroom for themselves. We are just moving now," she said.
In total, since the beginning of the year, the keys to 24 apartments and 36 houses and townhouses have been handed over in the Shetsky district.
By the end of this year, the villagers standing in line have yet to receive housing.
