Today, the representative of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, G. Alikhanova was present at the seminar as part of the next general legal training.
The seminar explained the norms and requirements of the principles of legal monitoring in areas (sub-areas) of legislation.
As a result of the general training, relevant recommendations were given to employees of structural units aimed at improving the quality of monitoring of legislative and subordinate legal acts, as well as issues related to identifying contradictions, duplications, gaps, ineffectively implemented, outdated and anti-corruption legal norms in the adopted regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their improvement by forecasting, and analyzing, assessing, and developing the effectiveness of the implementation of adopted regulatory legal acts.
In general, the seminar allowed expanding practical knowledge in the field of legal monitoring.
